We are a care farm situated in 12 acres of farm land and river nestled in a beautiful rural location,  right on the Dorset/Somerset border.  We offer a day service for individuals of all backgrounds, age and abilities to enjoy the beauty of Crockermoor, while offering the chance to learn new skills and gain therapeutic benefits through a variety of activities.
